Chandra Daya Investasi Affirms No Plans for
ExxonMobil Indonesia Acquisition
Jakarta, September 25, 2025 — PT Chandra Daya Investasi Tbk (CDI Group) firmly
denies reports regarding a planned acquisition of ExxonMobil Indonesia as published
by Bloomberg Tecnoz under the headline “Di Balik Kuatnya Harga Saham, Berhembus
Isu Antara CDIA & Exxon” on September 25, 2025.

Merly, Director Corporate Affairs CDI Group, emphasized that all material
information related to business activities, corporate actions, or strategic partnerships
will always be communicated through the Indonesia Stock Exchange’s official
information disclosure platform and the Company official website.

“We urge the public and shareholders to rely solely on official announcements and not
base investment decisions on unverified rumors,” said Merly.
