PERUBAHAN SEKRETARIS PERUSAHAAN
CHANGE OF CORPORATE SECRETARY
Menimbang : 1. Permohonan pengunduran diri Indri Rachdiany Putri Ayu dari jabatannya
Consideration selaku Sekretaris Perusahaan PT Citra Tubindo Tbk.
The resignation request of Indri Rachdiany Putri Ayu from her position as
Corporate Secretary of PT Citra Tubindo Tbk.
2. Bahwa untuk memastikan pelayanan Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik kepada
seluruh pemodal tetap berjalan;
That to ensure the services of the Issuer or Public Company to all investors
continue to run smoothly.
3. Bahwa untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan yang berlaku bagi
Perusahaan Publik;
That to ensure compliance with the regulations applicable to Public Companies;
4. Bahwa berdasarkan hal-hal sebagaimana dimaksud di atas, dipandang perlu
untuk mengangkat Sekretaris Perusahaan yang baru.
That based on the matters mentioned above, it is deemed necessary to appoint
a new Corporate Secretary.
Mengingat : 1. Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 35/POJK.04/2014 tentang Sekretaris
Reference Perusahaan Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik.

Resolved sebagai berikut:

Corporate Secretary:
1. Menerima pengunduran diri dan memberhentikan dengan hormat:
Indri Rachdiany Putri Ayu dari jabatannya sebagai Sekretaris Perusahaan PT

To accept the resignation and honorably discharge:
Indri Rachdiany Putri Ayu from her position as Corporate Secretary of PT Citra
Tubindo Tbk, effective as of 24 September 2025.
2. Menetapkan dan mengangkat:
Susi Yulianti sebagai Sekretaris Perusahaan PT Citra Tubindo Tbk. efektif sejak
tanggal 24 September 2025, dengan masa jabatan sampai keputusan Direksi PT
Citra Tubindo Tbk. berikutnya.
To appoint and designate:
Susi Yulianti as the new Corporate Secretary of PT Citra Tubindo Tbk, effective
as of 24 September 2025, with the term of office continuing until the next decision
of the Board of Directors of PT Citra Tubindo Tbk.
3. Surat keputusan ini mulai berlaku sejak tanggal ditetapkan.
This resolution shall take effect as of the date of its issuance.
Surat keputusan ini disampaikan untuk dilaksanakan dengan penuh tanggung jawab dan apabila dikemudian
hari ternyata terdapat kekeliruan dalam keputusan ini, Direksi akan melakukan perbaikan dengan sebagaiman
semestinya.
This decision letter is delivered to be carried out with full responsibility, and should any errors be found in this
decision in the future, the Board of Directors will make the necessary corrections accordingly.
