Perseroan saat Ini tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek Perseroan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam ketentuan IIL2.1 Peraturan Nomor I-E : Lamp Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00087/BE1/12-2025, 3, Perseroan saat Ini tidak mengetahui adanya aktifitas dari Pemegang Saham Tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka, 4, Perseroan saat ini belum memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam waktu 3 bulan mendatang). 5. Saat int tidak terdapat informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lain yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik 6.
