Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Tiara Hotel Bali International, Perusahaan Anak dari
RBMS, telah menandatangani perjanjian kerjasama operasi
hotel (Hotel Management Agreement) dengan IHG Hotels &
Resorts untuk Hotel Indigo Ubud. Hotel Indigo Ubud berada di
lahan sebesar 1.3 Ha di Gianyar, Bali dan akan menjadi resor
bintang 5 dengan standar operator internasional. Hotel Indigo
Ubud telah memulai pembangunan pondasi pada tahun 2025
dan direncanakan akan beroperasi mulai tahun 2028.
IHG Hotels & Resorts mengelola hotel dan resor Six Senses,
Regent, Intecontinental, Kimpton, Indigo, Holiday Inn dan
banyak brand lainnya di lebih dari 6.600 destinasi di dunia.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dengan bekerjasama dengan IHG Hotels & Resorts, operator
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan internasional dengan jangkauan network marketing yang luas,
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Hotel Indigo Ubud diharapkan akan membawa dampak positif
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau dalam long-term recurring income Perseroan.
