ANNOUNCEMENT
Plan for Capital Increase Without Pre-emptive Rights
With reference to the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders
of PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk (the “Company”) dated 3 July 2026, approving
the exercise of a Capital Increase Without Pre-emptive Rights (“PMTHMETD”), and in
compliance with Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 14/POJK.04/2019
concerning Amendments to Financial Services Authority Regulation No.
32/POJK.04/2015 concerning Capital Increases of Public Companies with Pre-
emptive Rights, we hereby announce that the Company intends to issue
14,505,112,734 (fourteen billion five hundred five million one hundred twelve thousand
seven hundred thirty-four) Series B shares with a nominal value of Rp100 per share,
with the following implementation schedule:
1. Listing of New PMTHMETD Shares : 4 August 2026
2. Notification of PMTHMETD Implementation Results : 6 August 2026
