Merujuk kepada Pasal 43A Peraturan OJK No. 32/POJK.04/2015 tentang Penambahan
Modal Perusahaan Terbuka Dengan Memberikan Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu
(sebagaimana diubah dengan Peraturan OJK No. 14/POJK.04/2019) dan Surat Edaran BEI
Nomor SE-00002/BEI/03- 2020 tanggal 2 Maret 2020 perihal Tata Cara Pelaksanaan
Program Kepemilikan Saham, bersama ini kami sampaikan keterbukaan informasi
sehubungan dengan pelaksanaan MESOP I Perseroan sebagai berikut: / Referring to Article
43A of OJK Regulation No. 32/POJK.04/2015 concerning Capital Increase with
Pre-Emptive Rights (as amended by OJK Regulation No. 14/POJK.04/2019) and BEI

Procedures for the Implementation of the Share Ownership Program, we hereby submit the
