Surabaya, 28 Juli 2026 – PT Superior Prima Sukses Tbk (IDX: BLES), emiten produsen bata ringan
terbesar di Indonesia, mencatatkan kinerja keuangan yang solid pada paruh pertama tahun 2026.
Perseroan membukukan kenaikan penjualan sebesar 33% secara year-on-year (YoY) menjadi Rp848
miliar, dibandingkan periode yang sama tahun sebelumnya.
Surabaya, July 28th 2026 – PT Superior Prima Sukses Tbk (IDX: BLES), Indonesia’s largest lightweight
brick manufacturer, posted solid financial results for the first half of 2026. The company reported a
33% year-on-year (YoY) increase in sales to Rp848 billion, compared to the same period the previous
year.

Pertumbuhan penjualan tersebut turut mendorong lonjakan laba yang dapat diatribusikan, BLES
mencatat laba bersih sebesar Rp147 miliar pada semester I-2026. Angka tersebut melonjak signifikan,
tumbuh 17 kali lipat, dibandingkan laba semester I-2025 yang hanya mencapai Rp8 miliar. Dari sisi
operasional, volume produksi perseroan juga mengalami pertumbuhan sebesar 17% menjadi 1.832.507
meter kubik (M3) pada enam bulan pertama 2026, dari sebelumnya 1.560.067 M3 pada periode yang
sama tahun 2025.
This sales growth also drove a surge in attributable profit, with BLES reporting a net profit of Rp147
billion in the first half of 2026. This figure rose significantly—a 17-fold increase—compared to the first-
half 2025 profit, which stood at only Rp8 billion. From an operational perspective, the company’s
production volume also grew by 17% to 1,832,507 cubic meters (m³) in the first six months of 2026, up
from 1,560,067 m³ in the same period of 2025.


Peningkatan kinerja Perseroan turut didukung oleh strategi operasional yang berfokus pada efisiensi
energi dan penerapan teknologi ramah lingkungan. BLES secara konsisten mengoptimalkan
penggunaan energi melalui pemanfaatan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) Atap di pabrik
Lamongan, Sragen, dan Banjarnegara. Pada akhir 2025, kapasitas PLTS Atap telah mencapai 2.545
kWp dan ditargetkan meningkat menjadi 4.370 kWp pada akhir 2026. Inisiatif ini diharapkan dapat
meningkatkan efisiensi biaya operasional sekaligus memperkuat komitmen Perseroan terhadap praktik
bisnis yang berkelanjutan.
The Company's improved performance was also supported by its operational strategy, which focuses
on energy efficiency and the adoption of environmentally friendly technologies. BLES has consistently
optimized its energy consumption through the installation of rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) systems at
its manufacturing facilities in Lamongan, Sragen, and Banjarnegara. As of the end of 2025, the
Company's total installed rooftop solar PV capacity reached 2,545 kWp and is targeted to increase to
4,370 kWp by the end of 2026. This initiative is expected to further enhance operational cost efficiency
while reinforcing the Company's commitment to sustainable business practices.

BLES is currently the largest manufacturer of lightweight bricks in Indonesia, operating under the
Blesscon and Superiore Block brands. The company’s production capacity reaches approximately 5.6
million cubic meters per year, supported by six production facilities located in Mojokerto, Lamongan,
Sragen, Sidoarjo, and Banjarnegara. This extensive production network is expected to expand the
company’s distribution reach while improving overall operational efficiency.


Selain fokus pada ekspansi bisnis dan efisiensi, BLES juga aktif menjalankan program tanggung jawab
sosial. Sejak tahun 2024, perseroan secara konsisten mendukung program pembangunan Rumah Tidak
Layak Huni (RTLH) melalui kolaborasi dengan Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Kabupaten
Mojokerto.
In addition to focusing on business expansion and efficiency, BLES is also actively implementing

program to renovate substandard housing through a collaboration with the National Zakat Agency
