Berdasarkan surat Kementerian Hukum Republik Pursuant to the letter of the Ministry of Law of the
Indonesia Nomor AHU-AH.01.11-00014, tanggal 31 Juli Republic of Indonesia no. AHU-AH.01.11-00014 dated
2025 perihal Berakhirnya Status Badan Hukum PT 31 Juli 2025, addressed to PT Cardig Aero Sarana
Cardig Aero Sarana Dirgantara (Dalam Likuidasi) Dirgantara (In Liquidation) (“the Letter”), it is stated
(“Surat”), menyatakan bahwa berakhirnya status that the legal entity status of PT Cardig Aero Sarana
badan hukum PT Cardig Aero Sarana Dirgantara Dirgantara (In Liquidation) has been recorded and
(Dalam Likuidasi) telah dicatat dan karenanya data therefore the Company Data have been struck off from
