Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material GENERTEC INTERNATIONAL HOLDING CO., LTD., sebuah
perusahaan milik negara yang didirikan dan beroperasi di
bawah hukum Republik Rakyat Tiongkok, dengan kantor
terdaftar di Building C, Genertec Center, Compound No. 1,
Xiying Street, Fengtai District, Beijing, RRT (selanjutnya
disebut sebagai GTI). Fokus utama GTI: Manufaktur dan Jasa
Teknis, Medis dan Kesehatan, Perdagangan dan Jasa
Rekayasa.
Pokok-pokok Kesepakatan
1. Tujuan MoU ini merupakan landasan bagi kedua
belah pihak untuk menjajaki dan membangun kerja sama
strategis. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengoptimalkan kapabilitas
masing-masing pihak guna menciptakan dan memperluas
peluang bisnis.
2. Area Kolaborasi Kerja sama ini akan fokus pada
berbagai bidang, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada mesin
industri berbasis CNC dan NC, mesin press dan grinding,
mesin treatment dan alat ukur (measuring), alat kesehatan -
peralatan medis, software kesehatan berbasis smart hospital
system, IOT (Internet of Thing) untuk kesehatan, obat dan
suplemen terapi.
3. Sifat Kesepakatan MoU ini bersifat non-binding dan
akan menjadi pedoman bagi Para Pihak untuk melanjutkan
negosiasi menuju kesepakatan yang lebih definitif di masa
mendatang.
4. Pihak yang Menandatangani Dokumen ini
ditandatangani oleh Sungkono Honoris sebagai direktur utama
PT Modern Internasional dan Mr. Hubiao Kang sebagai
Chairman Genertec International Holding Co., Ltd.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Sampai dengan tanggal laporan ini, penandatanganan MoU
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan tersebut tidak memiliki dampak material terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, operasional, kondisi hukum, atau kondisi keuangan Perseroan.

LTD. (GTI), a state-owned company of the People's Republic
of China. The signing was conducted in the city of Nanning,

Description of Material Information or GENERTEC INTERNATIONAL HOLDING CO., LTD., a state-

the People's Republic of China, with its registered office at
Building C, Genertec Center, Compound No. 1, Xiying Street,
Fengtai District, Beijing, PRC (hereinafter referred to as GTI).
GTI's main focus: Manufacturing and Technical Services,
Medical and Health, and Engineering Trade and Services.
Main Points of Agreement:
1. Purpose: This MoU is the basis for both parties to
explore and build strategic cooperation. The goal is to optimize
the capabilities of each party to create and expand business
opportunities.
2. Areas of Collaboration: This cooperation will focus on
various fields, including but not limited to CNC and NC-based
industrial machinery, press and grinding machines, treatment
and measuring tools, health equipment - medical devices,
health software based on smart hospital systems, IOT (Internet
of Things) for health, and therapeutic drugs and supplements.
3. Nature of Agreement: This MoU is non-binding and
will serve as a guide for the Parties to continue negotiations
towards a more definitive agreement in the future.
4. Parties Signing: This document was signed by
Sungkono Honoris as the president director of PT Modern
Internasional and Mr. Hubiao Kang as the Chairman of
Genertec International Holding Co., Ltd.
