The Company is not aware of any material information that may affect the value of the Company's shares or the Investors' investment decisions as regulated in the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure of Information or Material Facts by Issuers or Public Companies 2. The Company is not aware of any material information that may affect the value of the Company's shares or the Investors' investment decisions as regulated in Regulation Number I- E: Obligation to Submit Information in points 111.2.1 and IV.2.1. Sampai dengan saat ini, Perseroan tidak memiliki Informasiffakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik. 4. Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka. 5. Perseroan belum memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat. 6. Berdasarkan informasi yang dimiliki Perseroan, pemegang saham utama belum memiliki rencana terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya. Demikian informasi ini kami sampaikan.
