Company that has been dormant since 2016.
3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material / Perseroan dengan ini menyampaikan bahwa

notaris di Jakarta, yang menerangkan bahwa
Kementerian Hukum Republik Indonesia
(“Kemenkum”) telah memberikan surat No.
AHU-AH.01.11-00034 tertanggal 14 Agustus
2025 perihal berakhirnya status badan hukum

dari TKS. Dengan demikian, Kemenkum telah
mencatat berakhirnya status badan hukum
TKS dan telah menghapus dari daftar
perseroan yang terdapat pada Sistem
Administrasi Badan Hukum Kemenkum.
Alasan dari likuidasi TKS oleh pemegang
saham TKS adalah dikarenakan tidak adanya
kegiatan operasional pada TKS sejak tahun
2016 sampai dengan saat ini.
The Company hereby announces that on 22
September 2025, TKS has received a receipt
dated 22 September 2025 from Jose Dima
S.H. M.Kn., a notary in Jakarta, which explains
the letter from the Ministry of Law of the
Republic of Indonesia (“MOLRI”) had issued
letter No. AHU-AH.01.11-00034 dated 14
August 2025 regarding the termination of
TKS's legal entity status. Accordingly, MOLRI
has recorded the termination of TKS's legal
entity status and has removed it from the list of
companies in the MOLRI Legal Entity
Administration System.
The main reason for liquidation of TKS by
TKS’s shareholders is that TKS has been
dormant since 2016 up until now.
4. Dampak kejadian, informasi atau Likuidasi anak perusahaan Perseroan di atas
fakta material tersebut terhadap tidak berdampak secara material terhadap
kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi kegiatan operasional, hukum dan kondisi
keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha keuangan Perseroan saat ini.
Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik / Impact of
event, material information, or facts Liquidation the Company's subsidiary above
towards the operational activities, legal, does not have a material impact on the current
financial condition, or business continuity operational activities, legal and financial affairs
of the Issuer or Public Company of the Company.
