This letter includes the Company's explanation
on IDX Letter Number S-10960/BEI.PP2/09-2025
dated September 22, 2025, concerning the IDX's
Reguest for Explanation, as follows:

Does the Company know the parties
involved in the transaction?

Answer:

This transaction is not a transaction carried
out by the major shareholders or part of the
Company's treasury stock sale.

As of the date of this letter, the Company
has no information regarding other parties
involved in the transaction.

or affiliated relationship with the Company?

guestion number 1.

Is the transaction related to the transfer of
shares resulting from the  Company's

Answer:

The transaction is not related to the transfer
of shares resulting from the Company's

yang terdiri dari dua seri, yaitu Seri A dengan
indikasi bagi hasil ekuivalen 6,2596 pertahun
dengan tenor 3 tahun, dan Seri B dengan
indikasi bagi hasil ekuivalen 6,8754 per
tahun dengan tenor 5 tahun, dengan jumlah
pokok sebesar Rp1.500.000.000.000 dan (ii)
Kemitraan strategis dengan PT FirstGen

corporate actions, namely: (i) the issuance of
Shelf Bonds I Dian Swastatika Sentosa Phase
IV Year 2025 with a fixed interest rate of
6.875X per annum and a tenor of 5 years
and Shelf Sukuk Mudharabah 1 Dian
Swastatika Sentosa Phase IV Year 2025,
which consists of two series: Series A with an
indicative profit sharing eguivalent to 6.259
per annum and a tenor of 3 years and Series
B with an indicative profit sharing eguivalent
to 6.8754 per annum and atenorof 5 years,
with —@ total principal amount of
Rp1,500,000,000,000 and (ii) the strategic
partnership with PT FirstGen Geothermal
Indonesia, ad  subsidiary of Energy
Development Corporation.
