Keuangan No. 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Keterbukaan atas
Informasi atau Fakta Material Oleh Emiten atau Perusahaan
Publik (POJK No. 31/2015) dan Peraturan BEI No. I-E tentang
Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi serta merujuk kepada
Laporan Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan tanggal 15
September 2025 No. 102/CSR-JKT/Dir/Ext/IX/2025 yang telah
dilaporkan melalui idxnet pada kesempatan pertama, dengan
ini Perseroan menyampaikan informasii sebagai berikut.
Pada tanggal 22 September 2025, Perseroan telah melakukan
pembelian kembali saham.
Jumlah saham yang dibeli: 500.000 (lima ratus ribu) lembar
saham CSRA.
Mekanisme Pembelian Kembali Saham Perseroan: Pembelian
kembali saham Perseroan dilakukan melalui Bursa Efek.
Harga Pelaksanaan Pembelian Kembali Saham: Rp825,-
(delapan ratus dua puluh lima Rupiah).
Nilai Transaksi: Rp412.500.000,- (empat ratus dua belas juta
lima ratus ribu) tidak termasuk biaya transaksi.
Perusahaan Efek yang Ditunjuk untuk melakukan Pembelian
Kembali Saham Perseroan melalui Bursa Efek: PT Trust
Sekuritas
Periode Jangka waktu pelaksanaan pembelian kembali
saham: 16 September 2025 sampai dengan 15 Desember
2025.
Melalui transaksi ini, Perseroan memiliki total sebanyak
500.000 saham treasuri. Perseroan akan melakukan
Pembelian Kembali Saham secara bertahap selama Periode
Pembelian Kembali Saham dan akan melakukan keterbukaan
informasi kembali dalam hal Perseroan telah melaksanakan
Buyback Saham tahap selanjutnya.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perseroan berkeyakinan bahwa pelaksanaan transaksi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan pembelian kembali saham Perseroan tidak akan memberikan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, dampak negatif yang material terhadap kegiatan usaha
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perseroan, mengingat Perseroan memiliki modal kerja yang
Perusahaan Publik cukup untuk melakukan pembiayaan transaksi bersamaan
dengan kegiatan usaha Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or In order to comply with the provisions of the Financial Services
Facts Authority Regulations No. 31/POJK.04/2025 concerning
Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by Issuers or Public
Companies (POJK No. 31/2015) and IDX Regulations No I E
regarding the Obligation to Submit Information, and with
referenc to the Company's Disclosure of Material Information
or Facts dated September 15, 2025, No 102/CSR-
JKT/Dir/Ext/IX/2025, which was submited through IDXnet at
the earliest opportunity, the Company hereby conveys the
following information.
On September 22, 2025, the Company repurchased of the
Shares Buyback Implementation.
Total Nominal Value of Shares Repurchased: 500,000 (five
hundred thousand) CSRA shares.
Mechanism of the Share Buyback: The Company's share
buyback was conducted through the Stock Exchange.
Buyback Execution Price: Rp825 (eight hundred twenty five
Rupiah) per share.
Transaction Value: Rp412,500,000 (four hundred twelve
million and five hundred thousand Rupiah), excluding
transaction fees.
Designated Securities Company for the share buyback through
the Stock Exchage: PT Trust Sekuritas.
Buyback Implementation Period: September 16, 2025, to
December 15, 2025.
Through this transaction, the Company now holds a total of
500,000 treasury shares. The Company will continue to carry
out the Share Buyback in stages throughout the Buyback
Period and will provide further disclosure upon executing
subsequent phases of the Share Buyback.
Impact of event, material information or The Company believes that the implementation of the share
facts towards Issuers or Public buyback transaction will not have any material adverse impact
Company’s operational activities, legal, on the Company's business activities, considering that the
financial condition, or going concern Company has sufficient working capital to finance the
transaction alongside its ongoing business operations.
