                                             otoritas terkait di yurisdiksi penerbitan.

                                             Perseroan berpendapat bahwa penerbitan Samurai Bonds
                                             tersebut tidak memberikan dampak material yang merugikan
                                             terhadap kegiatan operasional, kondisi hukum, kondisi
                                             keuangan, maupun kelangsungan usaha Perseroan, dan
                                             justru diharapkan memperkuat posisi keuangan serta
                                             mendukung pertumbuhan usaha Grup secara berkelanjutan.

Perseroan menyampaikan Keterbukaan Informasi ini sehubungan dengan pemenuhan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa

                                              Disclosure of Information on the Issuance of Samurai Bonds
 Type of Material Information or Facts        by PT Integrasi Jaringan Ekosistem

 Description of Material Information or       PT Integrasi Jaringan Ekosistem (IJE), a subsidiary of PT
 Facts                                        Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk, has successfully issued Japanese
                                              Yen-denominated bonds (Samurai Bonds) in the Japanese
                                              capital market. The Samurai Bonds received a BBB+ rating
                                              from Japan Credit Rating Agency, Ltd. (JCR). The proceeds
                                              from the issuance of the Samurai Bonds will be used by PT
                                              Integrasi Jaringan Ekosistem to support its business
                                              development, including capital expenditures related to the
                                              development, expansion, and maintenance of its Fiber-to-the-
                                              Home (FTTH) network and supporting telecommunications
                                              infrastructure, working capital requirements, refinancing or
                                              repayment of existing indebtedness, and general corporate
                                              purposes in accordance with the applicable regulations.

 Impact of event, material information or     The issuance of the Samurai Bonds by PT Integrasi Jaringan

                                              long-term growth strategy.

                                              From a legal perspective, the issuance of the Samurai Bonds
                                              has been carried out in accordance with the applicable laws
                                              and regulations, as well as the requirements of the relevant
                                              regulators and authorities in the jurisdiction where the bonds
                                              were issued.

                                              The Company is of the opinion that the issuance of the
                                              Samurai Bonds does not have any adverse material impact on
                                              the Company operational activities, legal condition, financial
                                              condition, or business continuity, and is instead expected to
                                              strengthen the Group financial position and support its
                                              sustainable business growth.

Other Information

The Company submits this Disclosure of Information in connection to comply with Financial Services Authority
Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by Issuers or Public
Companies.
