Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan mendirikan entitas anak baru sebagai berikut:
- Great Ocean Marine Ltd (GOM), dengan kepemilikan
Perseroan atas GOM adalah sebesar 100%, yang mana
setara dengan modal ditempatkan dan disetor GOM senilai
AS$500.000 (lima ratus ribu dolar Amerika Serikat).
- Great Sea International Ltd (GSI), dengan kepemilikan
Perseroan atas GSI adalah sebesar 100%, yang mana setara
dengan modal ditempatkan dan disetor GSI senilai
AS$500.000 (lima ratus ribu dolar Amerika Serikat).
GOM dan GSI masing-masing berkedudukan di Marshall
Islands dan bergerak di bidang usaha pelayaran.
Tujuan pembentukan kedua entitas anak baru tersebut adalah
untuk mendukung kegiatan usaha Perseroan dalam bidang
pelayaran.

Facts - Great Ocean Marine Ltd (GOM), with the Company"s
ownership in GOM is 100%, which equivalent to GOM"s issued
and paid-up capital of US$500,000 (five hundred thousand
United States dollars).
- Great Sea International Ltd (GSI), with the Company"s
ownership in GSI is 100%, which equivalent to GSI"s issued
and paid-up capital of US$500,000 (five hundred thousand
United States dollars).
GOM and GSI are each domiciled in the Marshall Islands and
engaged in the shipping business.
The establishment of the two new subsidiaries is intended to
support the Company"s shipping business activities.
