Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan telah menandatangani perjanjian fasilitas Kredit
dengan PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk dengan
uraian sebagai berikut :
Pihak-pihak yang bertransaksi
a. PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk
b. PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk
Penjelasan ada tidaknya hubungan afiliasi
Perseroan tidak mempunyai hubungan afiliasi dan/atau
benturan kepentingan pihak kreditur dan debitur.
Jenis Fasilitas
Limit Kredit sejumlah Rp4.950.000.000 (empat miliar sembilan
ratus lima puluh juta rupiah) dalam bentuk fasilitas kredit,
dengan jangka waktu 60 (enam puluh) bulan terhitung mulai
dari September 2025 - September 2030, dengan agunan 4
(empat) bidang tanah dan beserta bangunan yang berdiri
diatasnya dengan sertifikat HGB (hak guna bangunan) atas
nama PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk, di daerah Semarang
Jawa Tengah sebagai berikut :
- Sebidang tanah dan bangunan sertipikat Hak Guna
Bangunan Elektronik seluas 54 m2 (lima puluh empat meter
persergi) atas nama penjual, di daerah Semarang Jawa
Tengah.
- Sebidang tanah dan bangunan sertipikat Hak Guna
Bangunan Elektronik seluas 361 m2 (tiga ratus enam puluh
satu meter persergi) atas nama penjual, di daerah Semarang
Jawa Tengah.
- Sebidang tanah dan bangunan sertipikat Hak Guna
Bangunan Elektronik seluas 423 m2 (empat ratus dua puluh
tiga meter persergi) atas nama penjual, di daerah Semarang
Jawa Tengah.
- Sebidang tanah dan bangunan sertipikat Hak Guna
Bangunan Elektronik seluas 462 m2 (empat ratus enam puluh
dua meter persegi) atas nama penjual, di daerah Semarang
Jawa Tengah.
Tunjuan Penggunaan Dana :
Mendukung kegiatan operasional Perseroan yaitu Modal
Kerja.
Fasilitas pinjaman tersebut di atas diperoleh Perseroan secara
langsung dari BRI, yang terdaftar dan diawasi oleh OJK,
sehingga berdasarkan POJK 17/POJK.04/2020 pasal 11,
transaksi tersebut dapat dilakukan tanpa penilai.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pinjaman dana tersebut akan memperkuat kinerja operasional
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Perseroan dan berdampak positif untuk kelangsungan usaha
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or The Company has signed a credit facility agreement with PT
Facts Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, with the following
details:
Parties to the transaction:
a. PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk
b. PT Multi Hanna Kreasindo Tbk
Explanation of any affiliated relationships :
The Company has no affiliated relationships and/or conflicts of
interest between creditors and debitors.
Facility Type
Credit Limit of Rp4,950,000,000 (four billion nine hundred and
fifty million rupiah) in the form of a credit facility, with a term of
60 (sixty) months, from September 2025 to September 2030,
secured by four plots of land and the buildings thereon, with
Building Use Rights (HGB) certificates in the name of PT Multi
Hanna Kreasindo Tbk, in Semarang, Central Java, as follows :
- A plot of land and a building with an Electronic Building Use
Rights certificate measuring 54 m2 (fifty-four square meters) in
the name of the seller, in Semarang, Central Java.
- A plot of land and a building with an Electronic Building Use
Rights certificate measuring 361 m2 (three hundred and sixty-
one square meters) in the name of the seller, in Semarang,
Central Java.
- A plot of land and a building with an Electronic Building Use
Rights certificate measuring 423 m2 (four hundred and twenty-
three square meters) in the name of the seller, in Semarang,
Central Java.
- A plot of land and a building with an Electronic Building Use
Rights certificate measuring 462 m2 (four hundred and sixty-
two square meters) in the name of the seller, in the Semarang
area of Central Java.
Purpose of Use of Funds:
To support the Company's operational activities, specifically for
Working Capital.
The aforementioned loan facility was obtained directly by the
Company from BRI, which is registered and supervised by the
Financial Services Authority (OJK). Therefore, based on POJK
17/POJK.04/2020 Article 11, the transaction can be conducted
without an appraiser.
