investors' investment decisions, as regulated in Regulation
Number I-E: Obligation to Submit Information, provisions in
points III.2.1 and IV.2.1, Attachment to the Decree of the
Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-
00015/BEI/01-2021.
3. There is no other material information/facts/events that
could affect the price of the Company's securities or the
Company's continued existence that we have not disclosed to

shareholders, as stipulated in Financial Services Authority
Regulation Number 11/POJK.04/2017 concerning Ownership
