Jakarta, 17 September 2025 – PT Bank MNC Internasional Tbk (IDX: BABP), also known as MNC Bank, a subsidiary
of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (IDX: BCAP) and a member of the MNC Group, officially enhance its financial
services through life insurance instruments designed to support customers in long-term financial planning.
This was accomplished through a strategic partnership with PT Asuransi Jiwa Central Asia Raya (CAR Life
Insurance), which implements the Bancassurance partnership in delivering Saving Plus Insurance, a life insurance
plan issued by CAR Life Insurance that combines the benefits of saving along with life insurance coverage.
On Wednesday, 17 September 2025, Rita Montagna – President Director of MNC Bank and Freddy Thamrin –
President Director of CAR Life Insurance, signed a cooperation agreement at MNC Bank headquarter in Jakarta
to officially acknowledge this strategic collaboration.
During the ceremony, Rita pointed out that the partnership demonstrated MNC Bank and CAR Life Insurance
commitment to enhance the financial services for consumers. "We appreciate CAR Life Insurance's trust in us as
a partner towards providing a better financial protection to our customers. Saving Plus Insurance will provide
coverage to ensure their long-term financial planning," said Rita.
She also believes that the Saving Plus Insurance will contribute to MNC Bank and CAR Life Insurance business
growth. "Considering its excellent product characteristics and customer satisfaction orientation, we are
optimistic that Saving Plus Insurance will definitely be welcomed and meets our customers sarisfaction," Rita
assured.
