PT Multitrend Indo Tbk
With respect to the Notes to the Financial Statements concerning Cash and Cash Equivalents,
please provide:
31 Desember 2025.
The background of the increase in cash and cash equivalents as of 31 March 2026 compared
to 31 December 2025.
Saldo kas dan bank Perseroan meningkat dari Rp45.804.254.956 pada 31 Desember 2025
menjadi Rp81.191.995.659 pada 31 Maret 2026, atau naik sebesar Rp35.387.740.703
pendanaan (Rp9.745.135.772, terutama pembayaran liabilitas sewa).
The Company’s Cash and bank balance increased from Rp45,804,254,956 as of December
31, 2025 to Rp81,191,995,659 as of March 31, 2026, an increase of Rp35,387,740,703
(+77.3%). The increase was mainly driven by net cash from operating activities of
Rp47,712,675,969 in Q1 2026 (cash receipts from customers of Rp308,265,409,469
exceeding payments to suppliers, operating expenses, and employees), which significantly
outweighed cash used in investing activities (Rp2,579,799,493) and financing activities
(Rp9,745,135,772, mainly lease liability payments). As the Company has had no outstanding
bank loan balance since end-2025, there was no cash outflow for loan repayment as
occurred in prior periods.
periode 31 Desember 2024.
The background of the decrease in cash and cash equivalents as of 31 December 2025
compared to 31 December 2024.
The Company’s cash and bank balance decreased from Rp51,802,464,242 as of December
31, 2024 to Rp45,804,254,956 as of December 31, 2025, a decrease of Rp5,998,209,286.
Page 2
This decrease was primarily due to net cash used in financing activities of
Rp125,740,895,229, which included the full settlement of the bank loan to PT Bank Mandiri
(Persero) Tbk amounting to Rp69,934,607,163 and lease liability payments of
Rp72,824,550,388, which together exceeded the net cash generated from operating activities
of Rp136,093,970,509, after taking into account net cash used in investing activities of
Rp16,351,284,566.
c. Strategi Perseroan dalam menjaga likuiditas jangka pendek, terutama dalam menjaga saldo
kas dan bank Perseroan.
The Company's strategy for maintaining short-term liquidity, particularly adequate cash and
cash equivalent balances.
piutang usaha, perpanjangan jangka waktu pembayaran utang usaha, efisiensi biaya
To maintain short-term liquidity, the Company applies a working capital management
strategy that includes tighter inventory control, optimization of trade receivables collection,

pihak ketiga dan pihak berelasi, agar disampaikan
With respect to the Notes to the Financial Statements concerning Trade Receivables and
Other Receivables, please provide:
Maret 2026.
Background of trade receivables overdue by more than 90 days as of 31 March 2026.
jangka panjang Perseroan. Cadangan kerugian penurunan nilai piutang usaha telah dibentuk
untuk mengantisipasi risiko tidak tertagihnya piutang tersebut.
This balance generally relates to the reconciliation and settlement cycle with certain
distribution/marketplace partners requiring longer verification time, rather than an
indication of the relevant customer's inability to pay, as the Company's largest third-party
customers (including e-commerce platforms) are long-standing trading partners. An
allowance for impairment losses has been provided to anticipate the risk of non-collection.
b. Latar belakang penurunan piutang usaha menjadi nihil kepada pihak berelasi sejak periode
31 Desember 2025.
Background of the reduction of related-party trade receivables to nil as of 31 December
2025.
Page 3
Related party trade receivables became nil as of December 31, 2025 because sales
transactions to entities under common control were settled during that period.
c. Metode Perseroan dalam menghitung cadangan penurunan nilai piutang usaha.
Methodology for determining the allowance for impairment of trade receivables.
ekspektasian.
In accordance with accounting policy Note 3g and PSAK 109, the Group applies the
simplified approach using a lifetime expected credit loss (ECL) allowance for all trade
receivables and other receivables without significant financing components. Trade
receivables are grouped based on similar credit risk characteristics and days past due to
determine the expected loss rate.
Details of customers with going concern issues or unable to settle receivables (if any).
There are no customers experiencing going concern issues or who are unable to settle their
outstanding receivables with the Company.
e. Strategi Perseroan dalam memastikan kolektabilitas piutang usaha tepat waktu, agar
Perseroan dapat menyampaikan nilai dan persentase kolektabilitasnya.
Strategy to ensure timely collection of receivables, including collection value and percentage.
The Company's strategies to ensure timely collectability of trade receivables include periodic
aging monitoring, direct receivable confirmations to customers (including positive
confirmation procedures performed by the independent auditor), per-customer credit risk
assessment, and structured collection follow-up.
f. Informasi terkini atas penerapan terms of payment Perseroan, khususnya jangka waktu
pembayaran dari pelanggan non-eceran dan marketplace.
Current payment terms for non-retail customers and marketplaces.
Page 4
memiliki pelanggan dengan skema pembayaran Cash Before Delivery (CBD) dan Cash on
Delivery (COD).
The Company applies payment terms based on the characteristics of its customers and the
applicable business agreements. For non-retail customers and marketplace customers, the
standard payment term is generally 30 (thirty) days. In addition, the Company also serves
customers under Cash Before Delivery (CBD) and Cash on Delivery (COD) payment
arrangements.
Measures implemented and planned to maintain receivable quality and collectability.

The measures the Company has taken and will continue to take include routine aging
monitoring, application of per-customer credit limits, periodic receivable confirmation
and reconciliation procedures, and escalation of collection efforts for past-due receivables.

pihak berelasi.
The nature of the Company's other receivables primarily consists of employee loans and
receivables arising from non-trade transactions with related parties..
b. Latar belakang penurunan piutang lain-lain pada periode 31 Maret 2026.
Background of the decrease as of 31 March 2026.
Penurunan piutang lain-lain terutama disebabkan oleh pelunasan sebagian pinjaman
karyawan selama kuartal berjalan.
The decrease in other receivables was mainly due to partial repayment of employee loans
during the quarter.
4. Sehubungan dengan CALK tentang persediaan, agar disampaikan:
With respect to Inventories, please provide:
a. Latar belakang kenaikan persediaan pada periode 31 Maret 2026 dibandingkan periode 31
Page 5
Desember 2025.
The reasons behind the increase in the inventories as of March 31, 2026, compared to
December 31, 2025.
Persediaan bersih naik dari Rp342.202.193.259 pada 31 Desember 2025 menjadi
Rp351.759.453.612 pada 31 Maret 2026 (naik Rp9.557.260.353, +2,8%), sejalan dengan
pertumbuhan penjualan sebesar 14,3% pada kuartal I 2026 dan strategi pembelian barang
dagangan untuk mengantisipasi permintaan musiman.
Net inventory increased from Rp342,202,193,259 as of December 31, 2025 to
Rp351,759,453,612 as of March 31, 2026 (up Rp9,557,260,353, +2.8%), in line with
14.3% sales growth in Q1 2026 and merchandise purchasing to anticipate seasonal
demand.
31 Maret 2026 dibandingkan periode 31 Desember 2025.

2026, compared to December 31, 2025.
tanggal pelaporan.
The Company's stocks in transit as of March 31, 2026 amounted to Rp38,680,343,016, an
increase of Rp15,515,231,489 or 66.98% compared to Rp23,165,111,527 as of December
31, 2025. This increase was primarily attributable to a higher volume of merchandise
purchases in preparation for anticipated demand in the following period, whereby such
goods had been purchased and recorded as the Company's inventory but had not yet been
physically received at the warehouse as of the reporting date.
c. Latar belakang peningkatan cadangan penurunan nilai persediaan pada periode 31
Maret 2026 dibandingkan periode 31 Desember 2024.
The reason for the increase in the inventory valuation allowance as of March 31, 2026,
compared to December 31, 2024.

Rp12,484,541,962 as of December 31, 2024) to Rp24,390,967,174 as of March 31, 2026.
This increase was mainly due to higher levels of slow-moving/aging inventory, the
application of a more conservative valuation policy based on updated net realizable value
(NRV) reviews, and growth in the inventory base in line with business expansion. This
increase reflects the Company's consistent application of its inventory accounting policy
under prevailing SAK/PSAK standards and does not indicate significant deterioration in
the Company's overall operations.

termasuk kebijakan atas persediaan slow-moving dan usang.

The reasons for the decrease in fixed assets as of March 31, 2026, compared to December 31, 2025. Fixed assets' net book value decreased from Rp46,305,510,463 as of December 31, 2025 to Rp43,764,896,955 as of March 31, 2026 (down Rp2,540,613,508), mainly because current- period depreciation (Rp5,013,596,755) exceeded new fixed asset additions (Rp2,745,602,822, mainly for vehicles and construction in progress), consistent with a conservative capex pattern in the first quarter of the year. c. Details and status of assets in the process of being settled, including estimated completion times and intended uses. Assets under construction as of March 31, 2026 amounting to Rp2,294,338,441 relate to the Company's new store development, which will be reclassified to the related fixed asset account once construction is completed and the asset is ready for use, with an estimated completion percentage of 80%-95% and estimated completion years of 2026-2028. 7.
Regarding the CALK on right-of-use assets and lease liabilities, please provide the following:
a. Latar belakang penurunan aset hak guna pada periode 31 Maret 2026 dibandingkan periode
31 Desember 2025.
The background for the decrease in right-of-use assets as of March 31, 2026, compared to
December 31, 2025.
baru/perpanjangan (Rp1.336.649.994) pada kuartal I 2026.
Net right-of-use assets decreased from Rp127,556,083,518 as of December 31, 2025 to
Rp111,141,352,548 as of March 31, 2026, mainly because current-period depreciation
(Rp18,489,717,143) significantly exceeded additions from new/renewed store leases
(Rp1,336,649,994) in Q1 2026.

regarding the renewal or termination of lease contracts.
mempertimbangkan kinerja masing-masing gerai.
The Company leases 84 retail stores, the details of which are provided in the response to
item 4(f), with lease terms ranging from 2 (two) to 5 (five) years. The Company's policy for

operating performance of each retail store.

beserta dampaknya terhadap liabilitas sewa.
The Company’s strategy regarding plans to open or close outlets in the next 12 months,
along with the impact on lease liabilities.
liabilitas sewa maupun posisi keuangan Perseroan.

selectively based on business needs and the results of such evaluations. Any such decisions

Page 14
on the Company's current assessment, there is no indication that any such plans would have
a material impact on the Company's lease liabilities or financial position.
disampaikan:
With regard to the CALK regarding deferred tax assets and estimated tax refunds, please
provide the following:
atas keterpulihannya (recoverability), mengingat Perseroan masih membukukan akumulasi
kerugian.
The nature and background of the recognition of deferred tax assets, as well as the
Company’s basis for believing in their recoverability, given that the Company is still
recording accumulated losses.
The Company's deferred tax assets arise from temporary differences relating to, among
others, right-of-use assets, allowance for doubtful accounts, differences between the tax and
accounting net book value of fixed assets, provision for inventory impairment, and post-
employment benefit liabilities (Note 19e). The Company did not recognize deferred tax assets
on unused tax loss carryforwards given the uncertainty that future taxable income will be
available to utilize such losses. The recoverability of the recognized deferred tax assets is
based on the estimate that the related temporary differences will be realized/recovered
through the Company's normal future operations.
b. Natur, dasar perhitungan, dan status terkini atas taksiran restitusi pajak Perseroan.
The nature, basis of calculation, and current status of the Company’s estimated tax refunds.

connection with the lease of the Company's store (Note 12). These deposits are not related to
related parties.
10.Sehubungan dengan CALK tentang utang usaha, agar disampaikan:
In connection with the CALK regarding accounts payable, please provide the following:
a. Latar belakang kenaikan utang usaha pada periode 31 Maret 2026 dibandingkan periode 31
Desember 2025.
The background for the increase in accounts payable as of March 31, 2026, compared to
December 31, 2025.
penjualan 14,3% pada kuartal I 2026.
Trade payables (third parties and related parties) increased from Rp94,772,430,136 as of
December 31, 2025 to Rp114,605,461,170 as of March 31, 2026 (up Rp19,833,031,034,
+20.9%), in line with increased inventory purchasing to support 14.3% sales growth in Q1
2026.
b. Latar belakang kenaikan signifikan utang usaha pada periode 31 Desember 2025
dibandingkan periode 31 Desember 2024.
The background for the significant increase in accounts payable as of December 31, 2025,
compared to December 31, 2024.
pemasok sejauh dimungkinkan guna menjaga likuiditas kas (Catatan 43).
The Company's trade payables increased significantly from Rp58,304,716,875 as of
December 31, 2024 to Rp94,772,430,136 as of December 31, 2025, an increase of
Rp36,467,713,261 (approximately 62.6%). This increase was mainly due to higher inventory
purchase volumes in line with the Company's sales growth, as well as part of the Company's
Page 16
working capital management strategy of extending payment terms to suppliers where
possible to preserve cash liquidity (Note 43).
periode 31 Maret 2026 dibandingkan periode 31 Desember 2025.
The background for the shift in trade payables into the 31–60 days past due category as of
March 31, 2026, compared to December 31, 2025.
There was a shift in the trade payables aging composition into the 31-60 day past-due
category. This is consistent with higher inventory purchasing volume in Q1 2026 and the
normal payment cycle to suppliers under prevailing credit terms, and is not an indication of
liquidity difficulty given the Company recorded a significantly higher cash balance over the
same period.
The Company’s confidence in meeting its trade payable obligations on time.
Management believes it is able to meet trade payable obligations on a timely basis, supported
by a strong cash and cash equivalents balance (Rp81,191,995,659 as of March 31, 2026) and
consistent positive operating cash flow. The Company also no longer carries interest-bearing
bank loan liabilities that could burden liquidity.
e. Strategi Perseroan dalam meminimalisir risiko gagal bayar atas utang usaha.
The Company’s strategy for minimizing the risk of default on trade payables.
The Company's strategy to minimize the risk of default includes disciplined cash flow and
working capital management, negotiating reasonable payment terms with suppliers, and
prioritizing payments based on due dates.

pelanggan sesuai kebijakan akuntansi Catatan 3n.
Unearned revenue Rp6,046,232,737 as of March 31, 2026 consists of the customer loyalty
programme and customer deposits. The decrease as of March 31, 2026 reflects revenue
recognition as customers redeem loyalty points, per accounting policy Note 3n.
12. Sehubungan dengan CALK tentang utang pajak, agar disampaikan:
Regarding the CALK on taxes payables, please provide the following:
a. Latar belakang kenaikan utang pajak pada periode 31 Maret 2026 dibandingkan periode 31
Desember 2025.
The background for the increase in taxes payables as of March 31, 2026, compared to
December 31, 2025.
meningkat.
The Company's consolidated taxes payable increased from Rp3,026,735,182 as of December
31, 2025 to Rp7,236,374,414 as of March 31, 2026, an increase of approximately 139%.
This increase was primarily driven by a significant rise in the Company's Value Added Tax
(VAT) payable, in line with higher sales and purchase activities during March 2026. In
addition, the increase in the Company's Article 21 income tax payable was mainly due to the
payment of Holiday Allowance (Tunjangan Hari Raya/THR) to employees, which increased
employees' taxable income during the period and consequently increased the outstanding
Article 21 income tax payable.

a. Latar belakang kenaikan utang akrual pada periode 31 Desember 2025 dibandingkan periode
31 Desember 2024.
The background for the increase in accrued expenses as of December 31, 2025, compared to
December 31, 2024.
The Company's accrued expenses increased from Rp12,390,561,510 as of 31 December 2024
to Rp21,018,541,336 as of 31 December 2025. This increase was primarily attributable to
higher provisions for consignment selling expenses, as well as higher accruals for employee
salaries and benefits, in line with the increase in the Company's sales activities at the end of
2025. In addition, professional fees increased mainly due to the accrual of consultant fees
related to the Company's Rights Issue, which were realized in the second quarter of 2026.

penyelesaian administrasi dan pembayaran. Hingga tanggal tanggapan ini, tidak terdapat
kendala material terkait realisasi utang akrual tersebut.

a. Latar belakang pelunasan pinjaman bank sehingga menjadi nihil sejak periode 31 Desember
2025.

December 31, 2025.
2025, sebagaimana dinyatakan dalam surat pelunasan No. CBG.CB1/CC3.2924/2026
(Catatan 22).
The Company's bank loan balance became nil as of December 31, 2025, compared to

as stated in settlement letter No. CBG.CB1/CC3.2924/2026 (Note 22).

With regard to the CALK on post-employment benefit liabilities, please provide an
explanation of the reasons for the decrease in post-employment benefit liabilities as of
December 31, 2025, compared to December 31, 2024, as well as the actuarial assumptions
used.
pembayaran imbalan kerja selama tahun berjalan sebesar Rp3.950.462.441. Asumsi aktuarial
Unit Credit (Catatan 21).
The Company's post-employment benefits liability decreased significantly from
Rp45,414,205,348 as of December 31, 2024 to Rp16,977,551,673 as of December 31, 2025, a
decrease of Rp28,436,653,675 (approximately 62.6%). This decrease was mainly due to an
actuarial gain on remeasurement of the liability recognized in other comprehensive income of
Rp34,490,718,400 in 2025 (2024: Rp8,268,253,776), arising mainly from a change in the
discount rate assumption to 6.71% (2025) from 7.10% (2024), as well as benefit payments
during the year of Rp3,950,462,441. The actuarial assumptions used include: a discount rate
of 6.71% (2025) and 7.10% (2024); an annual salary increase of 7.00%; a normal retirement
age of 56; the TMI IV mortality table; and a disability rate of 5% of TMI IV, calculated by an
independent actuary using the Projected Unit Credit method (Note 21).
Page 21
periode 31 Maret 2026.
An explanation of the Company’s strategy to avoid losses resulting from foreign exchange
rate fluctuations in each period, given that it has liabilities denominated in U.S. dollars and
euros as of March 31, 2026.

operational requirements and liquidity position. The Company also regularly evaluates
foreign exchange movements and its foreign currency exposure as part of its overall financial
risk management.

19. Sehubungan dengan CALK tentang beban pokok penjualan, agar disampaikan:
Regarding the CALK on cost of goods sold, please provide the following:
rendah dibandingkan pertumbuhan pendapatan.
The reasons why the increase in cost of goods sold for the period ending March 31, 2026,
was lower than revenue growth.
Beban pokok penjualan naik dari Rp152.100.321.993 pada kuartal I 2025 menjadi
Rp161.464.598.400 pada kuartal I 2026, atau naik 6,2% - jauh lebih rendah dibandingkan
pertumbuhan penjualan sebesar 14,3%. Akibatnya, margin laba bruto membaik signifikan
Cost of goods sold increased from Rp152,100,321,993 in Q1 2025 to Rp161,464,598,400 in
Q1 2026, up 6.2% - significantly lower than the 14.3% sales growth. As a result, gross profit

product-mix management strategy toward higher-margin categories, improved purchase
price negotiation with suppliers, and more disciplined discount/promotion control.

Regarding the CALK on general and administrative expenses, please provide the following:
tengah pertumbuhan pendapatan.
The rationale for the decrease in general and administrative expenses for the period ending
March 31, 2026, despite revenue growth.
pertumbuhan penjualan 14,3%.
ketat.
General and administrative expenses decreased from Rp106,712,740,878 in Q1 2025 to
Rp94,601,873,335 in Q1 2026 (down Rp12,110,867,543, -11.3%), amid 14.3% sales growth.
This decrease was mainly driven by lower salaries and allowances, from Rp49,615,012,686
to Rp44,412,418,362 (Note 29), while lease-liability interest recorded under this account
remained stable. This reflects back-office labor cost efficiency measures and tighter office
overhead management.
beban sewa.
Specific efficiency measures implemented by the Company in the areas of salary and benefits
expenses and rent expenses.
melalui pengaturan jumlah karyawan sesuai kebutuhan operasional, pengendalian rekrutmen,
For salaries and benefits, the Company optimizes workforce productivity by aligning staffing
levels with operational requirements, controlling recruitment, implementing more efficient
work scheduling, and conducting periodic performance evaluations. For rental expenses, the

obtain more competitive lease terms where appropriate, and optimizes its store portfolio
through store openings, relocations, or closures based on business evaluations.

agresif.

2026 (up Rp10,130,097,665, +34.3%), consisting of advertising and promotion, commission,
royalty, freight, and entertainment (Note 30). This increase is consistent with a strategy of
driving the 14.3% sales growth through more aggressive advertising and promotion
spending.
pendapatan.
A measure of the effectiveness of the Company’s marketing expenditures (advertising and
promotions) in driving revenue growth.
dijalankan. Selain itu, Perseroan memantau efektivitas kampanye pemasaran digital melalui
indikator seperti tingkat konversi penjualan (conversion rate), jumlah kunjungan (traffic),

volume, and the sales performance of each sales channel and promotional program. In
addition, the Company monitors the effectiveness of its digital marketing campaigns through
indicators such as sales conversion rates, website and platform traffic, customer engagement,
and sales performance across e-commerce and marketplace channels. The results of these
evaluations serve as the basis for determining marketing strategies, optimizing promotional
programs, and allocating marketing budgets for subsequent periods, thereby ensuring that

profitability.

Perseroan.

expenses to ensure that such expenditures contribute positively to the Company's sales
growth and profitability.
22. Sehubungan dengan CALK tentang beban keuangan, agar disampaikan:

compared to the period ending March 31, 2025.
bank pada kuartal I 2026 (Rp904.669.928 pada kuartal I 2025) menyusul pelunasan penuh
sewa. Komposisi beban keuangan kuartal I 2026 seluruhnya berasal dari bunga liabilitas
sewa (Catatan 31 dan 14).
Finance costs decreased from Rp3,454,277,842 in Q1 2025 to Rp2,655,386,613 in Q1 2026
(down 23.1%), mainly because there was no longer bank loan interest expense in Q1 2026
(Rp904,669,928 in Q1 2025) following full repayment of the bank loan at end-2025, partly
offset by higher lease liability interest. The composition of Q1 2026 finance costs consists
entirely of lease liability interest (Notes 31 and 14).

dibandingkan periode 31 Maret 2025.

Other income - net decreased from Rp5,766,944,131 in Q1 2025 to Rp1,406,073,253 in Q1
