, serta pendiriannya telah mendapat persetujuan dari Menteri
Hukum Dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia
berdasarkan Surat Keputusan No.AHU- 0079292.AH.01.01.
Tahun 2025 tanggal 17 September 2025.
Komposisi kepemilikan saham Perseroan di PT Acro Han
Raya adalah sebanyak 19,00%.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dampak terhadap Kegiatan Operasional Dengan dibentuknya
