bentuk pemenuhan ketentuan peraturan perundang-
undangan yang berlaku terkait kewajiban Perseroan
untuk memberikan informasi material kepada para
pemegang saham dan publik. Pengunduran diri
Bapak Kristian David Hoeh akan berlaku efektif pada
keputusan yang akan diambil pada Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa Perseroan.
Hereby PT Goodyear Indonesia Tbk ("the Company")
announces that Mr. Kristian David Hoeh has
submitted his resignation from his position as
President Commissioner of the Company. This
announcement is made in compliance with
applicable laws and regulations regarding the
Company's obligation to provide material
information to shareholders and the public. Mr.
Kristian David Hoeh's resignation will be effective
upon resolutions to be adopted at the Company's
Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
