Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Di tengah dinamika industri konstruksi, pada Agustus 2025, PT
Superior Prima Sukses Tbk (BLES), produsen bata ringan
terdaftar dengan merek Blesscon dan Superiore Block,
mencatat kinerja yang solid. Perseroan berhasil mencatat
volume penjualan sebesar 361.000 m3, tertinggi sepanjang
Perseroan berdiri, tumbuh sekitar 19% year-on-year
dibandingkan Agustus 2024 dan meningkat 5% month-on-
month dibandingkan Juli 2025.
Andrew, Direktur Keuangan BLES, menjelaskan bahwa
pencapaian ini berkontribusi terhadap pendapatan kotor
kumulatif Januari hingga Agustus 2025 yang mencapai Rp900
miliar, meningkat sekitar 5% dibandingkan periode yang sama
tahun lalu. Peningkatan pendapatan ini didorong oleh
kombinasi strategi pemasaran, distribusi yang lebih efisien,
dan rantai pasokan yang lebih kuat.
"Pertumbuhan ini menegaskan penyerapan pasar terhadap
produk kami dan menunjukkan bahwa strategi ekspansi
distribusi kami efektif. Meskipun biaya produksi masih menjadi
tantangan, efisiensi kami telah berhasil mempertahankan tren
profitabilitas yang positif," ujar Andrew.
Selain berfokus pada pertumbuhan bisnis, BLES menegaskan
kembali komitmennya terhadap keberlanjutan. Hal ini
mencakup pemanfaatan energi terbarukan berupa panel surya
di beberapa pabrik, pemberdayaan tenaga kerja lokal di
sekitar operasional perusahaan, dan peningkatan tata kelola
yang transparan sesuai dengan peraturan pasar modal
Indonesia.
"Upaya-upaya ini sejalan dengan strategi jangka panjang
kami. Pertumbuhan bisnis harus dibarengi dengan tanggung
jawab lingkungan. Pemanfaatan energi terbarukan diharapkan
dapat mengurangi biaya energi sekaligus mendukung agenda
Net Zero Emission pemerintah pada tahun 2060," tambah
Andrew.

Description of Material Information or Amidst the dynamics of the construction industry, in August
Facts 2025, PT Superior Prima Sukses Tbk (BLES), a listed
producer of lightweight bricks under the Blesscon and
Superiore Block brands, recorded solid performance. The
company successfully recorded a sales volume of 361,000 m3,
the highest since its establishment, growing by around 19%
year-on-year compared to August 2024 and increasing by 5%
month-on-month compared to July 2025.
Andrew, BLES's Finance Director, explained that this
achievement contributed to the cumulative gross revenue from
January to August 2025 reaching IDR 900 billion, an increase
of approximately 5% compared to the same period last year.
This revenue increase was driven by a combination of
marketing strategies, more efficient distribution, and a
strengthened supply chain.
"This growth confirms the market's absorption of our products
and demonstrates that our distribution expansion strategy is
effective. Although production costs remain a challenge, our
efficiencies have successfully maintained a positive profitability
trend," said Andrew.
In addition to focusing on business growth, BLES reaffirms its
commitment to sustainability. This includes utilizing renewable
energy in the form of solar panels in several factories,
empowering local workers around the company's operations,
and enhancing transparent governance in line with Indonesian
capital market regulations.
"These efforts align with our long-term strategy. Business
growth must be accompanied by environmental responsibility.
Utilizing renewable energy is expected to reduce energy costs
while supporting the government's Net Zero Emissions agenda
by 2060," added Andrew.
