Bersama ini kami informasikan bahwa PT Jinlong Resources
Invesment berencana untuk mengambil alih saham PT Gloria
Inti Nusantara, Hendra Sutanto dan Richard Suwandi Lie
sejumlah (enam ratus duapuluh tujuh juta) saham dalam

plans to acquisition the shares of PT Gloria Inti Nusantara,
Hendra Sutanto, and Richard Suwandi Lie (collectively referred
to as the "Sellers"), amounting to 627,000,000 (six hundred
twenty-seven million) shares in the Company, representing
48.07% (forty-eight-point zero seven percent) of the
