Sehubungan dengan Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I Moratelindo Tahap III Tahun 2020 Seri B dengan pokok senilai total
Rp56.150.000.000 (lima puluh enam miliar seratus lima puluh juta Rupiah) ( Sukuk I Tahap III 2020 Seri B ). Melalui
surat ini kami informasikan bahwa PT Mora Telematika Indonesia Tbk ( Emiten ) telah mempersiapkan dana pelunasan
pokok Sukuk I Tahap III 2020 Seri B sebagaimana disebutkan di atas yang mana akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 7
Oktober 2025. Adapun kesiapan dana Emiten terkait dengan pelunasan Sukuk I Tahap III Seri B akan tersedia di
rekening KSEI selambat-lambatnya pada tanggal 7 Oktober 2025. Dalam hal Sukuk I Tahap III 2020 Seri B telah
dilunasi, maka kami akan menyampaikan Keterbukaan Informasi sesuai dengan yang diamanatkan dalam POJK
31/2015

In connection with the Moratelindo Shelf Registration Ijarah Sukuk I Phase III 2020 Series B with a principal amount of
totaling IDR 56,150,000,000 (fifty six billion one hundred fifty million Rupiah) ( Sukuk I Phase III 2020 Series B ). We
inform you that PT Mora Telematika Indonesia Tbk ( The Issuer ) has prepared funds the principal repayment of Sukuk I
Phase III 2020 Series B as mentioned above which will mature on October 7, 2025. As for the readiness of the Issuer's
funds related to the repayment of the Sukuk I Phase III Series B will be available in KSEI's account no later than October
7, 2025. In terms of Sukuk I Phase III 2020 Series B has been repaid, we will submit Information Disclosure as
mandated in POJK 31/2015.
Thus to be informed accordingly.
