as New Shareholders
Jakarta, 11 September 2025 – PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk (“Sari Roti” or the
“Company”) announces that Leafgreen Capital, in partnership with Gateway Partners Group,
has completed the acquisition of Demeter Indo Investment Pte Ltd which holds a 22.2% stake
in Sari Roti, from an affiliate company of KKR, a leading global investment firm. The
transaction reflects the new investors’ strong confidence in Indonesia’s long-term growth
potential, particularly in the consumer sector, as well as their continued conviction in Sari
Roti’s prospects as Indonesia’s leading mass market bread company.
