(“ROTI”) Terbuka yang dijaminkan Name of the pledged Public Company shares 2. | Jumlah saham dan persentase | Jumlah Saham: 375.033.700 kepemilikan Perusahaan Terbuka yang dijaminkan Number of Shares: 375,033, 700 Number of pledged shares and | Persentase: 6,064 percentage of ownership in Public Company Percentage: 6.0646 3. | Nilai pinjaman dengan jaminan | USD31.500.000 (tiga puluh satu juta lima ratus ribu Dolar saham Amerika Serikat). Loan value secured by shares USD31,500,000 (thirty one million and five hundred thousand United States Dollars).

Corporation Limited, cabang Singapura ("HSBC", sebagai
agen jaminan) berdasarkan Perjanjian Gadai Saham
antara LIEF dan HSBC tanggal 9 September 2025
(“Perjanjian Gadai Saham"). Dalam hal terdapat saham
tambahan yang dimiliki oleh LIEF pada ROTI (“Saham
Tambahan”), maka Saham Tambahan juga akan
dijaminkan berdasarkan, dan karenanya tunduk pada,
Perjanjian Gadai Saham.
LIEF has pledged all of its shares in ROTI to Hongkong
and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Singapore
branch ("HSBC", as security agent) pursuant to Pledge of
Shares Agreement between LIEF and HSBC dated 9
September 2025 ("Pledge of Shares Agreement"). Inthe
event that LIEF owns additional shares in ROTI
(“Additional Shares”), the Additional Shares will also be
pledged based on, and therefore subject to, the Pledge of
Shares Agreement.
