PENGUMUMAN
Dengan senang hati kami umumkan bahwa BBNIDRPU5A telah dapat dilaksanakan pada tanggal 11
September 2025 dan pemegang waran terstruktur berhak atas Jumlah Penyelesaian Tunai (per
BBNIDRPU5A) (jika jumlah tersebut lebih besar dari nol).
Harga Penyelesaian telah ditentukan pada IDR 4.228 sebagai rata-rata harga penutupan Saham BBNI di
Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk lima (5) hari bursa sebelum Tanggal Pelaksanaan.

ANNOUNCEMENT
We are pleased to announce that BBNIDRPU5A is exercised on 11th September 2025 ("Expiry Date") and
the structured warrant holders shall be entitled to the Cash Settlement Amount (per BBNIDRPU5A) (if the
said amount is greater than zero).
The Settlement Price has been determined at IDR 4.228 being the closing price of BBNI Shares on
Indonesia Stock Exchange for the five (5) bursa days prior to the Expiry Date.

= Number of Structured Warrant (Exercise Price – Settlement Price)
