3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Pada tanggal 10 September 2025, Perseroan telah menerima
Material Perjanjian Jual Beli Tenaga Listrik untuk Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga
Air Pongbembe (20 MW) (“Perjanjian”) antara PT Nosu Hydro
selaku anak Perusahaan langsung Perseroan dan PT PLN (Persero)
yang ditandatangani pada tanggal 04 September 2025.

Jangka waktu Perjanjian sampai dengan 30 (tiga puluh) Tahun
setelah Tanggal Operasi Komersial.
On September 10, 2025, the Company received the Power Purchase
Agreement for the Pongbembe Hydroelectric Power Plant (20 MW)
(“Agreement”) between PT Nosu Hydro, as the Company’s direct
subsidiary, and PT PLN (Persero), which was signed on September
4, 2025.
The term of the Agreement shall be until thirty (30) years after the
Commercial Operation Date.
