TATA TERTIB & PROSEDUR
PAPARAN PUBLIK (PUBLIC EXPOSE)
PT TRIMEGAH KARYA PRATAMA TBK
(“Perseroan”)
Jakarta, 12 September 2025
1. Tata tertib ini berlaku untuk pelaksanaan Paparan Publik atau Public Expose PT Trimegah
Karya Pratama Tbk sebagaimana ketentuan yang berlaku di bawah ini.
2. Kriteria peserta dan pemegang saham untuk Public Expose:
a. Peserta Public Expose adalah para peserta umum yang mendaftarkan dirinya pada link
registrasi Public Expose Perseroan pada halaman https://pubexlive.idx.co.id/
b. Link dan waktu registrasi ditutup sesuai dengan informasi dan ketentuan pada halaman
https://pubexlive.idx.co.id/
c. Peserta akan mendapatkan link dan password zoom yang akan diterima maksimal
ketika melakukan registrasi pada halaman https://pubexlive.idx.co.id/
3. Ketentuan dan tata cara pelaksanaan Public Expose:
d. Peserta diwajibkan untuk memasuki ruangan zoom dengan menggunakan nama
jelas-beserta institusi atau perusahaan asal peserta. Contoh, JENNY - MEDIA. Untuk
para peserta dengan kategori umum cukup menggunakan nama jelas saja.
e. Peserta tidak diizinkan untuk melakukan open mic atau membuka mic selama acara
berlangsung dan host berhak untuk melakukan mute mic atau penutupan mic guna
memastikan acara dapat berlangsung secara baik. Hal ini sesuai dengan ketentuan dari
IDX Public Expose 2025.
f. Harap pastikan perangkat dan jaringan koneksi internet yang dimiliki peserta stabil dan
dalam kondisi baik.
g. Public expose Perseroan akan dimulai pada pukul 10.00 hingga 10.45 WIB yang
termasuk dengan sesi tanya jawab tanpa jeda.
h. Peserta atau viewers melalui layanan YouTube Ultra Voucher tidak berhak untuk
menyampaikan pertanyaan.
i. Sesi tanya jawab akan dilaksanakan pada akhir sesi pemaparan sesuai dengan alokasi
waktu dan jumlah pertanyaan dari pihak IDX Public Expose 2025.

menjadi perhatian bersama, terima kasih.

(“Company”)
Jakarta, September 12, 2025
1. These rules apply to the implementation of the Public Expose of PT Trimegah Karya Pratama
Tbk as stipulated below.
2. Criteria for participants and shareholders for the Public Expose:
a. Participants in the Public Expose are members of the general public who register
themselves at the Company's Public Expose registration link on the page
https://pubexlive.idx.co.id/
b. The registration link and time will be closed in accordance with the information and
provisions on the page https://pubexlive.idx.co.id/
c. Participants will receive a Zoom link and password, which will be received at the latest
when registering on the page https://pubexlive.idx.co.id/
3. Terms and conditions for participating in the Public Expose:
a. Participants are required to enter the Zoom room using their full name and the name of
their institution or company. For example, JENNY - MEDIA. Participants in the general
category need only use their full name.
b. Participants are not permitted to turn on their microphones during the event, and the
host has the right to mute or turn off microphones to ensure the event runs smoothly.
This is in accordance with the provisions of the IDX Public Expose 2025.
c. Please ensure that participants' devices and internet connections are stable and in good
condition.
d. The Company's public expose will begin at 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. WIB, including an
uninterrupted question and answer session.
e. Participants or viewers via the YouTube Ultra Voucher service are not entitled to ask
questions.
f. The Q&A session will be held at the end of the presentation session in accordance with
the time allocation and number of questions from the IDX Public Expose 2025.
