Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan dengan ini menyampaikan Informasi kepada para
pemegang saham dan investor sehubungan dengan kegiatan
usaha salah satu anak usaha Perseroan yaitu PT Lereng
Lembah Madu (LandLogic), yang mengembangkan
perumahan Valley City View di Cimahi.
Per tanggal 25 Juli 2026, terdapat 10 unit yang sudah terjual
dengan nilai per unit Rp. 549.000.000, (lima ratus empat puluh
sembilan juta rupiah).
Total persediaan yang dimiliki oleh LandLogic adalah 178 unit.
Setelah selesai administrasi splitzing di Desember 2025,
terjadi percepatan penjualan dalam 60 hari terakhir yaitu
sebanyak 3 unit / bulan. Perseroan menargetkan penjualan
seluruh inventory pada tahun 2028.
Pada tanggal 25 Juli 2026 kemarin, terlaksana serah terima
kunci unit rumah ke 2 kepada konsumen.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perseroan menargetkan margin keuntungan per unit terjual
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan adalah 25%. Cash yang diterima akan digunakan untuk
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, memperkuat fundamental Perseroan secara keseluruhan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau termasuk membangun unit-unit ready stock di Valley City.
Perusahaan Publik
Perseroan menyampaikan bahwa nilai pasar tanah di daerah
Valley City View adalah Rp. 4 juta per m2. Namun aset
Perseroan sebanyak 178 kavling (total 13.544m2), tidak
tercermin di laporan keuangan, karena bersifat persediaan.

Description of Material Information or The Company hereby provides information to shareholders
Facts and investors regarding the business activities of one of the
Companys subsidiaries, namely PT Lereng Lembah Madu
(LandLogic), which is the developer of Valley City View
housing complex in Cimahi.
As of July 25th, 2026, 10 units have been sold with a value of
Rp. 549,000,000 (five hundred and forty-nine million rupiah)
per unit.
Total inventory owned by LandLogic is 178 units.
Following the completion of the splitting administration in
December 2025, sales accelerated in the last 60 days,
reaching 3 units per month. The company targets selling all
inventory by 2028.
On July 25th, 2026, the handover of the second housing unit to
consumers took place.
Impact of event, material information or The company is targeting a 25% profit margin per unit sold.
