Facts Companys Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on
June 4, 2026 (the Meeting), whereby the shareholders
approved the amendment to the Article 3 of the Companys
Articles of Association concerning the Companys Purposes
and Objectives and Business Activities in relation to the
adjustment to the 2025 Indonesian Standard Business
Classification (KBLI 2025), which the summary of such
amendment having been presented at the Meeting and the
resolutions of the Meeting having been set forth in Deed of
Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of PT
Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk No. 59 dated June 4, 2026 drawn
up before Sriwi Bawana Nawaksari, S.H., M.Kn., Notary, the
Company hereby announces that the amendment to the Article
3 of of the Companys Articles of Association concerning the
