042/CRS/BIPI/IX/2025 perihal Tanggapan
atas Rencana Kepemilikan Saham BIPI pada
ITMA, Perseroan menerima konfirmasi
bahwa pemegang saham utama belum
memiliki rencana atau aksi korporasi tertentu
terkait kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.

With reference to the letter dated September
4, 2025, No.  042/CRS/BIPI/IX/2025
regarding the Response to BIPI's
Shareholding Plan in ITMA, the Company
hereby acknowledges the confirmation that
the majority shareholder does not have any
specific plan or corporate action in relation
to its shareholding in the Company.
