mendapatkan pengesahan sebagai badan hukum oleh Menteri
Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik melalui Surat
Keputusan Nomor AHU-0058128.AH.01.01.Tahun 2026
tanggal 22 Juli 2026.
PHE didirikan untuk mengembangkan potensi pasar dan
meningkatkan performa bisnis dari PT Indo Oil Perkasa Tbk.
Keterangan mengenai struktur kepemilikan modal PHE adalah
sebagai berikut :

entity by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the
Republic of Indonesia through Decree No. AHU-
0058128.AH.01.01.TAHUN 2026 dated July 22, 2026.
PHE was established to develop market potential and improve
the business performance of PT Indo Oil Perkasa Tbk.
The capital ownership structure of PHE is as follows:
