Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bahwa PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk berkedudukan di Jakarta
Pusat ( selanjutnya disebut SMMA ) telah melakukan
penyertaan modal/ investasi pada Simas Bank,S.A,
berkedudukan di Dili, Timor Leste yaitu sebesar US$
2.400.000,- ( dua juta empat ratus ribu Dolar Amerika Serikat
) atau sebesar 60 % ( enam puluh persen ) .
II. Jumlah transaksi pennyertaan modal/ investasi
tersebut tidak melebihi 20 % dari ekuitas Perusahaan ,
sehingga transaksi tersebut tidak bersifat material.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Bahwa tidak ada dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan penting terhadap Perseroan baik berupa dampak terhadap
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kegiatan operasional, dampak terhadap kondisi keuangan dan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau proyeksi keuangan, dampak hukum maupun dampak terhadap
Perusahaan Publik kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.

Facts (hereinafter referred to as "SMMA"), has made a capital
contribution/investment in Simas Bank, S.A., domiciled in Dili,
Timor-Leste, amounting to US$2,400,000 (two million four
hundred thousand United States Dollars), representing a 60%
(sixty percent) stake.
II. The amount of said capital contribution/investment
transaction does not exceed 20% of the Company's equity;
therefore, the transaction is not material.
Impact of event, material information or There is no impact from the event, information, or material fact
facts towards Issuers or Public on the Company whether regarding operational activities,
Company’s operational activities, legal, financial condition and financial projections, legal matters, or
financial condition, or going concern the Companys business continuity.
