penetapan gaji/honorarium dan/atau remunerasi lainnya bagi
anggota Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi Perseroan, yang
keputusannya dituangkan dalam Akta No. 1 tertanggal 1

September 2025 pengangkatan Bapak Roberto Fernandez

Description of Material Information or Pursuant to Article 9 letter a, Article 26, Article 27 of the
Facts Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 33/POJK.04/2014
concerning the Board of Directors and Board of
Commissioners of Issuers or Public Companies, we hereby
convey in connection with the Agenda Decision 3 - Annual
General Meeting of Shareholders, dated April 29, 2025,
regarding the appointment and/or affirmation of the
composition of the members of the Board of Commissioners
and Board of Directors, including Independent Commissioners
as well as the determination of salaries/honorariums and/or
other remuneration for members of the Board of
Commissioners and the Board of Directors of the Company,
the decision of which is stated in deed No. 1 dated September
1, 2025, declares that as of September 1, 2025, the
appointment of Mr. Roberto Fernandez Feliciano as
Commissioner of the Company and the resignation of Mr. Ali
Chendra as Commissioner of the Company have become
effective.
