Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Dengan hormat,
Memenuhi ketentuan IV.2.22 Peraturan BEI No I-E tanggal 29
Januari 2021 tetang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi,
bahwa Perseroan wajib menyampaikan kesiapan dana untuk
pelunasan efek bersifat utang paling lambat 15 hari bursa
sebelum jatuh tempo, maka dengan ini kami sampaikan
bahwa Perseroan telah menyediakan dana pelunasan pokok
dan kupon bunga untuk Obligasi Berkelanjutan VI Astra
Sedaya Finance Tahap IV Tahun 2024 Seri A sebesar
Rp1.205.411.827.083,33 (satu triliun dua ratus lima miliar
empat ratus sebelas juta delapan ratus dua puluh tujuh ribu
delapan puluh tiga dan tiga puluh tiga rupiah) yang akan jatuh
tempo pada tanggal 26 Oktober 2025 mendatang, dan dengan
demikian Perseroan akan dapat melakukan pelunasan atas
Obligasi tersebut.

Description of Material Information or To whom it may concern,
Facts
In accordance with the provisions of Rule IV.2.22 of the IDX
Regulation No. I-E dated January 29, 2021, concerning the
Obligation to Disclose Information, whereby a company is
required to report the readiness of funds for the repayment of
debt securities no later than 15 exchange days prior to
maturity, we hereby inform you that the Company has
prepared the principal and interest coupon payment funds for
the Astra Sedaya Finance Sustainable Bond VI Phase IV Year
2024 Series A, amounting to Rp1,205,411,827,083.33 (one
trillion two hundred five billion four hundred eleven million eight
hundred twenty-seven thousand eighty-three and thirty-three
rupiah).
This bond is scheduled to mature on October 26, 2025, and
with the funds now in place, the Company will be able to
perform the repayment of the said bond.
