PT Champion Pacific Indonesia Tbk (“Limited Liability Company”) has conducted the Extraordinary
General Meeting of Shareholders on Monday, September 1st, 2025, and the one of decision is the
changes of the company management composition. Following to this decision, based on the
Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 Clause 6 letter I on the Disclosure of
Material Information or Facts by Issuers or Public Companies, herewith we convey the composition
of Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners which effective start from the closing of this
Meeting up to the closing of the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2030 as
