Perseroan ( Transaksi)
Nilai Jual Beli : Rp 4.390.000.000,- (Empat Milyar Tiga Ratus
Sembilan Puluh Juta Rupiah).
Nilai Ekuitas Perseroan per tanggal 31 Desember 2024
berdasarkan Laporan Keuangan Audit Perseroan per tanggal
31 Desember 2024 : Rp106.215.757.963 (Seratus Enam
Milyar Dua Ratus Lima Belas Juta Tujuh Ratus Lima Puluh
Tujuh Ribu Sembilan Ratus Enam Puluh Tiga Rupiah).
Nilai Transaksi terhadap Ekuitas Perseroan per tanggal 31
Desember 2024 : 4,13% (empat koma satu tiga persen)
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Transaksi ini akan memberikan keuntungan penjualan aset
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan sebesar kurang lebih Rp 400.000.000, (lebih kurang Empat
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Ratus Juta Rupiah) dan akan dicatat sebagai pendapatan lain
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau lain pada laporan keuangan kuartal III tahun 2025. Dana hasil
Perusahaan Publik penjualan akan digunakan untuk mendukung modal kerja
Perseroan.

Facts Buyer: A third party
Object of Sale and Purchase: The sale of one (1) warehouse
unit with Freehold Title SHGB No. 460, located at Margomulyo
Jaya Warehouse Complex, Block H-21, Manukan Wetan
Subdistrict, Tandes District, Surabaya City, with a total area of
388 m2, owned by the Company (the Transaction).
Sale and Purchase Value: IDR 4,390,000,000 ( Four Billion
Three Hundred Ninety Million Rupiah).
Company Equity Value as of December 31, 2024 based on
the Company Audited Financial Statements as of December
31, 2024: IDR 106,215,757,963 (One Hundred Six Billion Two
Hundred Fifteen Million Seven Hundred Fifty Seven Thousand
Nine Hundred Sixty Three Rupiah).
Transaction Value compared to the Company Equity as of
December 31, 2024: 4.13% (four point one three percent).
Impact of event, material information or This transaction will provide a gain on the sale of assets of
facts towards Issuers or Public approximately IDR 400,000,000 (approximately Four Hundred
Company’s operational activities, legal, Million Rupiah) and will be recorded as other income in the
financial condition, or going concern third quarter financial report of 2025. The proceeds from the
sale will be used to support the Company's working capital.
