The Company has entered into Credit Facility Agreement No. 20 dated July 23, 2026, executed before Deni Thanur, SE, S.H, M.Kn., Notary in the Administrative City of' South Jakarta, with PT Bank SMBC Indonesia Tbk (“Credit Facility Agreement”). 8 | Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Description of the Material Information or Fact Nama Kreditur PT Bank SMBC Indonesia Tbk Name of Creditor Jumlah Fasilitas Rp2.000.000.000.000 (dua triliun Rupiah) Facility Amount IDR 2,000,000,000,000 (two trillion Rupiah) Jenis Kredit Revolving Credit Facility (RCF) Type of Credit Facility Tujuan Fasilitas kredit digunakan untuk membiayai tujuan korporasi Perseroan secara umum, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada: » Modal kerja, » Belanja modal pada lingkup Grup Perseroan dari waktu ke waktu, dan e Investasi mendatang pada lingkup Grup Perseroan. Purpose The credit facility shall be utilized to finance the Company's general corporate purposes, including but not limited to: e Working capital: » Capital expenditure under the Company's Group, and & Future investments under the Company's Group. Suku bunga IDR Cost of Fund (COF) ditambah marjin sebesar 0,754 per tahun dengan skema suku bunga mengambang (floating rate). Interest Rate IDR Cost of Fund (COF) # 0.7596 margin per annum (floating rate). Agunan kredit Fasilitas Kredit diberikan oleh PT Bank SMBC Security Indonesia Tbk sebagai clean facility, yang berarti Perseroan tidak diwajibkan menyediakan agunan atau jaminan atas fasilitas kredit tersebut. The Credit Facility is provided by PT Bank SMBC Indonesia Tbk on a clean facility basis, meaning that the Company is not reguired to provide any collateral or security for the credit facility. Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi Keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik Impact of the Event, Material Information or Fact on the Issuer's or Public Company's Operations, Legal Aspects, Financial Condition, or Business Continuity Tidak terdapat dampak material dari kejadian, informasi, atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kondisi keuangan, aspek hukum, maupun kelangsungan usaha Perseroan, selain kewajiban Perseroan untuk melakukan pembayaran bunga dan pokok pinjaman sesuai dengan Perjanjian Fasilitas Kredit. The event, material information or fact does not have any material impact on the Company's financial condition, legal aspects, or business continuity, other than the Company's obligation to make payments of interest and principal in accordance with the Credit Facility Agreement.
