Jenis Informasi Penandatanganan Pelayanan Jasa Notional Pooling antara Bank Ilnformation Type Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI) dengan PT Mineral Industri Indonesia (Persero) (MIND ID) dan anggota MIND ID lainnya termasuk Perseroan serta Perjanjian Pemanfaatan Fasilitas Notional Pooling dan Kredit Modal Kerja antara MIND ID dan anggota MIND ID lainnya termasuk Perseroan./The signing of the Notional Pooling Service Agreement between PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI) and PT Mineral Industri Indonesia (Persero) (MIND ID) and other MIND ID members including the Company, as well as the Agreement on the Utilization of Notional Pooling Facilities and Working Capital Loans between MIND ID and other MIND ID members including the Company. 3. Uraian Perseroan bersama-sama MIND ID dan anggota MIND ID lainnya Informasi/Description of telah menandatangani perjanjian tentang pelayanan jasa notional Information pooling dengan Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (“Perjanjian Notional Pooling”)./The Company, together with MIND ID and other members of MIND ID, has entered into an agreement regarding notional pooling services with PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (“Notional Pooling Agreement”). Berdasarkan Perjanjian Notional Pooling ini BBNI menyediakan fasilitas layanan cash management kepada Grup MIND ID (termasuk Perseroan). Para anggota MIND ID (termasuk Perseroan) dapat menggunakan fasilitas tersebut apabila membutuhkan fasilitas pinjaman khususnya untuk modal kerja dengan tenor kurang dari 1 (satu) tahun. Saat ini Perseroan tidak memiliki outstanding pinjaman./"Under this Notional Pooling Agreement, BBNI provides cash management service facilities to the MIND ID Group (including the Company). The members of MIND ID (including the Company) may utilize such facilities should they reguire loan facilities, particularly for working capital with a tenor of less than 1 (one) year.
