Kami, PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (“Perseroan” atau “kami”), menyampaikan surat ini dengan merujuk pada Butir IV.2.11
Peraturan Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 perihal Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang
Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi yang mengatur bahwa Perusahaan Tercatat wajib melakukan laporan mengenai
kesiapan dana untuk pelunasan Efek paling lambat 15 (lima belas) Hari Bursa sebelum Efek dimaksud jatuh tempo.
We, PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (“Company” or “we”), address this letter with reference to Point IV.2.11 of the Indonesia
Stock Exchange Regulation No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 regarding Amendments to Regulation Number I-E regarding
Information Disclosure Obligations, which stipulates that Listed Companies are required to submit a report on the
availability of funds for the settlement of Securities no later than 15 (fifteen) Trading Days prior to the maturity date of
the said Securities.

Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut di atas, dengan ini kami sampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah menyiapkan dana untuk
pelunasan Obligasi sebesar Rp400.000.000.000,- (empat ratus mililar Rupiah) yang akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 15
September 2025.
In connection with the above, we hereby state that the Company has prepared funds for the settlement of Bonds
amounting to Rp400,000,000,000 (four hundred billion Rupiah) which is due on September 15th, 2025.
