Sesuai dengan keterbukaan informasi /
pengumuman di atas, PT Triple Berkah Bersama
(“Triple B”) telah menyelesaikan tahapan kedua
pembelian saham milik pemegang saham
pengendali yang lama (“PSP Lama”) pada tanggal

23 Juli 2026, sesuai dengan kesepakatan antara
Triple B dan PSP Lama berdasarkan pengikatan
jual beli saham.
Dengan diselesaikannya tahapan kedua
pembelian saham di atas, Triple B telah
mengambilalih seluruh saham yang sebelumnya
dimiliki oleh PSP Lama, yang seluruhnya
berjumlah 1.141.671.100 saham atau 34.56% dari
seluruh saham yang telah dikeluarkan dan disetor
penuh. Dengan adanya pengambilalihan tersebut,
juga telah terjadi perubahan pengendalian atas
Perseroan, dimana Triple B berkedudukan sebagai
pemegang saham pengendali baru Perseroan,
menggantikan PSP Lama.

2026 and through Harian Ekonomi Neraca,
Thursday, 23 July 2026 edition (attached). In
accordance with the aforesaid information
disclosure/announcement, PT Triple Berkah
Bersama (“Triple B”) has concluded the second
phase of purchase of shares owned by the old
controlling shareholders (“Old CS”) on 23 July
2026, in line with the agreement between Triple B
and Old CS under the conditional sale purchase
agreement.

Through the completion of the second phase of the
abovementioned share purchase, Triple B has
taken over all shares which have been previously
owned by the Old CS, which are totalling to
1,141,671,100 shares or 34.56% of the entire
shares which have been subscribed and paid up.
With such takeover, change of control on the
Company has also taken place in which Triple B
serves as the new controlling shareholder of the
Company, substituting the Old CS.
