material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Nomor I-E Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 tentang Perubahan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Informasi tanggal 20 September 2022, bersama ini kami
Perusahaan Publik konfirmasikan bahwa Bank Mayapada telah mempersiapkan
dana untuk melunasi seluruh pokok dan bunga terakhir
Obligasi Subordinasi Bank Mayapada V Tahun 2018 sesuai
dengan tanggal jatuh tempo pelunasan yaitu pada tanggal 21
September 2025 sebagaimana yang telah tercantum dalam
Prospektus namun mengingat tanggal 21 September 2025
bukan merupakan hari bursa / bukan hari kerja sehingga
pelaksanaan pelunasan dan pembayaran bunga terakhir akan
dibayarkan pada tanggal 22 September 2025.

Company’s operational activities, legal, concerning Amendments to Regulation Number I-E concerning
financial condition, or going concern the Obligation to Submit Information dated September 20,
2022, we hereby confirm that Bank Mayapada has prepared
funds to pay off all principal and final interest of Bank
Mayapada Subordinated Bonds V Year 2018 in accordance
with the repayment due date, namely on September 21, 2025
as stated in the Prospectus, however, considering that
September 21, 2025 is not a stock exchange day / not a
business day, the repayment and final interest payment will be
paid on September 22, 2025.
