Kimia (HTK) pada Perseroan ke pasar bursa sebanyak
96.491.300 (sembilan puluh enam juta empat ratus sembilan
puluh satu ribu tiga ratus) lembar saham atau setara dengan
0,53% saham HTK di Perseroan.
2. Komposisi Pemegang Saham Perseroan
berdasarkan Daftar Pemegang Saham per tanggal 27 Agustus
2025 menjadi sebagai berikut:

- PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk : 76,50%
- PT Humpuss Transportasi Kimia : 7,08%
- Masyarakat : 16,42%
Sesudah :
- PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk : 76,50%
- PT Humpuss Transportasi Kimia : 6,55%
- Masyarakat : 16,95%
