Nusajaya ("TTN"), has entered into a cooperation agreement
with PT Macmahon Indonesia, a third party company, in
relation to Kopra Underground Mining Development Services
Contract.

PT Macmahon Indonesia provides services in relation to
mine development, blasting, loading, and stockpile materials,
ground support, installation and maintenance of tunneling
mine services and complete development safeiy with
cooperation periods of 34 (thirty four) months.
