Dengan senang hati kami umumkan bahwa MBMADRCQ5A telah dapat dilaksanakan pada tanggal 25
Agustus 2025 dan pemegang waran terstruktur berhak atas Jumlah Penyelesaian Tunai (per
MBMADRCQ5A) (jika jumlah tersebut lebih besar dari nol).
Harga Penyelesaian telah ditentukan pada IDR 420 sebagai rata-rata harga penutupan Saham MBMA di
Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk lima (5) hari bursa sebelum Tanggal Pelaksanaan.

ANNOUNCEMENT
We are pleased to announce that MBMADRCQ5A is exercised on 25 Agustus 2025 ("Expiry Date") and
the structured warrant holders shall be entitled to the Cash Settlement Amount (per MBMADRCQ5A) (if the
said amount is greater than zero).
The Settlement Price has been determined at IDR 420 being the closing price of MBMA Shares on
Indonesia Stock Exchange for the five (5) bursa days prior to the Expiry Date.
