Surat ini mencakup penjelasan Perseroan atas Surat
BEI Nomor S-09707/BEI.PP2/08-2025 tertanggal 21

Agustus 2025 perihal Permintaan Penjelasan Bursa,
yaitu sebagai berikut:

Menanggapi perubahan Foreign Inclusion Factor

(FIF) oleh Morgan Stanley Capital International

(MSCI), bersama ini Perseroan menyampaikan

hal-hal sebagai berikut:

1. Perseroan menghormati keputusan MSCI atas
kebijakan yang telah ditetapkan, yaitu
penetapan adjustment factor sebesar 0,5.

2. Dengan penyesuaian tersebut, Perseroan
akan tetap masuk ke dalam MSCI Standard
Index bulan Agustus 2025.

Tanggapan Perseroan atas Saham Free Float
Perseroan sebagaimana pengumuman MSCI
tersebut

Jawaban:

Menanggapi pengumuman MSCI terkait saham
free float Perseroan, bersama ini kami
sampaikan bahwa:

1. Perseroan senantiasa telah menyampaikan
data pemegang saham dan laporan
kepemilikan secara berkala kepada otoritas
pasar modal sesuai dengan ketentuan yang
berlaku, antara lain melalui penyampaian
laporan bulanan registrasi pemegang efek
serta keterbukaan informasi — lainnya
sebagaimana relevan.

.Perseroan akan terus berkomitmen untuk
memastikan bahwa data free float
disampaikan secara transparan dan terkini
sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan
perundang-undangan yang berlaku.

per 31 Juli 2025, sebagaimana telah dilaporkan,

The Company's response to the change in the
Foreign Inclusion Factor (FIF) by Morgan
Stanley Capital International (MSCI) on the
Company

Answer:

In response to the change in the Foreign Inclusion
Factor (FIF) by Morgan Stanley Capital
International (MSCI), the Company hereby
conveys the following:

1. The Company respects MSCI's decision on
the determined policy, which sets an
adjustment factor of 0.5.

2. With this adjustment, the Company will
remain in the MSCI Standard Index in August
2025.

The Company's response to the Company's Free
Float Shares as announced by MSCI

Answer:

In response to MSCI's announcement regarding
the Company's free float shares, we hereby
convey that:

1.The Company has consistently submitted
Shareholders data and ownership reports to
the capital market authorities regularly,
following prevailing regulations, including
through the submission of monthly reports on
securities holders registration and other
information disclosures as relevant.

2. The Company remains committed to ensuring
that free float data is submitted transparently
and up to date, following the provisions of
prevailing laws and regulations.

The Company's shareholding structure as of July
31, 2025, as reported, is as follows:
