ini kami informasikan bahwa pada tanggal 21 Agustus 2025,
PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk. (BFI) telah menandatangani
fasilitas kredit dengan PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero)
Tbk. dalam bentuk fasilitas :
- Kredit Modal Kerja (Uncommitted) sebesar
Rp.2.000.000.000.000,- (dua triliun Rupiah) dengan jangka
waktu fasilitas kredit maksimum 48 (empat puluh delapan)
bulan untuk modal kerja usaha pembiayaan.

Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. in the form of facilitiy:
- Working Capital Loan (Uncommitted) of IDR
2,000,000,000,000 (two trillion Rupiah) with a maximum credit
facility period of 48 (forty eight) months for working capital for
financing business.
