Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Surya Biru Murni Acetylene Tbk (Perseroan) telah
mempublikasikan Laporan Keuangan Interim untuk periode
yang berakhir pada tanggal 30 Juni 2025 (Unaudited) melalui
pelaporan XBRL pada tanggal 29 Juli 2025.
Selanjutnya Perseroan bermaksud untuk melakukan audit atas
Laporan Keuangan Interim Per 30 Juni 2025 oleh Kantor
Akuntan Publik yang ditunjuk Perseroan. Pelaksanaan audit ini
dilaksanakan sebagai bagian dari persiapan rencana aksi
korporasi berupa Penambahan Lini Bisnis Baru, yang saat ini
dalam tahap penyusunan kajian oleh Konsultan terkait.
Adapun Perseroan berencana menyampaikan Laporan
Keuangan Interim Per 30 Juni 2025 yang telah diaudit oleh
Kantor Akuntan Publik kepada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, Bursa
Efek Indonesia, dan Publik sesuai ketentuan peraturan yang
berlaku.

Description of Material Information or PT Surya Biru Murni Acetylene Tbk (Company) has published
Facts the Interim Financial Report for the period ending 30 June
2025 (Unaudited) via XBRL reporting on 29 July 2025.
Furthermore, the Company intends to conduct an audit of the
Interim Financial Report as of 30 June 2025 by a Public
Accounting Firm appointed by the Company. This audit was
carried out as part of the preparation of a corporate action plan
in the form of adding new business lines, which is currently in
the study preparation stage by the relevant consultant.
The Company plans to submit an Interim Financial Report as
of June 30 2025 which has been audited by a Public
Accounting Firm to the Financial Services Authority,
Indonesian Stock Exchange and the Public in accordance with
applicable regulations.
