Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, sehubungan dengan pemberian Fasilitas Kredit sebesar USD70,000,000.00 dengan tenor
24 bulan./We hereby inform you that PT Elnusa Tbk ("the Company") has signed Credit Facility Agreement with PT Bank
Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, in connection with the provision of Credit Facility of USD70,000,000.00 with a maximum
tenor of 24 months.
Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris menyatakan bahwa transaksi ini bukan merupakan transaksi afiliasi maupun benturan
kepentingan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan NO. 42/POJK.04/2020 tentang Transaksi

Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Description of Material Information or Facts Pada tanggal 15 Agustus 2025 Perseroan menandatangani Perjanjian Kredit dengan Bank BNI, dengan detail perubahan sebagai berikut : Oo Sebelumnya plafon Fasilitas Kredit Perseroan di Bank BNI sebesar USD50,000,000.00 dengan tenor selama 12 bulan. Oo Perseroan meningkatkan plafon Fasilitas Kredit di Bank BNI menjadi sebesar USD70,000,000.00 dengan tenor selama 24 bulan. On August 15, 2025, the Company signed an Amendment to the Credit Agreement with Bank BNI, with the following changes: Oo Previously, the Company's credit facility limit at Bank BNI was USD 50,000,000.00 with a tenor of 12 months. Oo The Company has increased the credit facility limit at Bank BNI to USD 70,000,000.00 with a tenor of 24 months.. Namun hal ini tidak berdampak negative bagi terhadap Kondisi Keuangan Perseroan. The increase in the credit facility limit at Bank BNI constitutes a Material Transaction, as the nominal value exceeds 2096 of the Company's eguity.
